In light of the current presidents continuing the war in Syria, introduce S.3078

A Bill to make appropriations for the Department of Veteran Affairs

1: Appropriating an additional 10 billion dollars in discretionary Spending for the well-being of our veterans
2: The application of a nation-wide sales tax of 5% on all alcoholic beverages
2a: Expected to produce roughly 10 billion dollars annually in additional taxes
