QUOTE (World Bank Rules)
The WB can also loan two "Third Window" loans, giving the recipient country 1 medium credit to use to invest in another country.

By medium, I assume you mean large.

I assume all 'second loan' and 'third loan' mean renewed 1/2 times already, correct?

The rules generally seem pretty solid. Is there any concept of interest on the loans?

Yes, I meant large. Will fix.

Second/third would mean giving additional loans.

I don't simulate interest since it seems it would complicate things.

So second loan means that they have taken out two loans of 5 large credits each?

And there are 16/20 loans out at the start of the game?

It means they've taken out another loan, doesn't matter how small or large, while already owing the IMF payment.

Second, third, etc. loans do not count toward the maximum number of loans allowed. What matters is countries, not how many loans a country has to repay.

What "international" information do players want me to post about in the UN area?

As in BoP XIV I will have info on pollution and refugees across the world, the latter's economic costs being made more precise via showing how many credits are required in upkeep for them. I will also include sanctions around the world and their costs.

I also intend to include global data (obviously vastly simplified for the game) in terms of agriculture (including threat and chances of famine or other drastic food shortages), labor conditions, etc. for players who play as the FAO, ILO, and other UN-linked organizations.

What about something related to GINI coefficient, the disparity of wealth in a country... to help people gauge the level of instability and incipient class conflict in a nation, and it's probably very easy to get out there.

That's a good idea.

Also any suggestions to clarify or expand the UN rules? As you can see they're basically the same as BoP XIV.

I wonder if we'd like to implement some of the ideas for the UN that were floating around. I don't remember exactly what everyone had proposed, including myself, but I think one issue was that resolutions would go to votes without discussion. So some type of discussion->vote structure would be nice.

Also post the Media forum please!

I'll be honest I don't really understand how it works, but since I'm not on the WB board I don't think it matters too much.
